Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hart McGinnis of Mt. Sterling, KY; his children, Nathan McGinnis (Mary McKinney) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Natalie McGinnis Vazquez (Joseph) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and his grandchildren, Cameron Sexton, Sara Sturgell, Jake Sturgell, Abel Vazquez and Max Vazquez.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at the Machpelah Cemetery (600 E Locust St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353).
