Sams of Owingsville; his great grandchildren, Kaidyn Ruark of Owingsville, Adalynn Jones of Owingsville, Scotlyn Lawson of Owingsville and Kohl McDaniel of Owingsville; and his sisters, Delina "Sissy" Sams of Winchester, KY. and Elizabeth Means of Winchester, KY.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
