She was predeceased by: her parents, Ecton Willoughby and Arilda Willoughby; her husband Earl Watkins; her son Danny Watkins; her granddaughter Tammy Lynn Watkins; and her siblings, Hazel Puckett, Earl Cay Willoughby and Chester Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ann (Barry) and James Watkins; her daughter-in-law Judy Watkins; her son Bobby Joe Watkins (Christy); her grandchildren, Tony Banfield (Tammy Imel), Kristie Moore (Gary), Erin Holley (Scott), Ashley Bailey, Preston Martin (Kayla) and Madison Watkins; and her great grandchildren, Bracken Banfield (Kasie), Hayden Banfield, Dalton Schultz (Haley), Addy Holley, Layne Holley, Mollie Miles, Meredith Miles and Archer Moore.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gateway Church of God (901 Fogg Pike, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
