He is survived by: his mother Maria Porras Mendoza; his children, Jorge Humberto Rivas Marquez (Cintya Lilana) of Meoqui Chihuahua, Miguel Angel Rivas Marquez (Ana Bertha) of Meoqui Chihuahua and Colten Covix of Mt. Sterling, KY; his brothers, Maurilio Riva Porras (Martha Rivas Gurrola) of Meoqui Chihuahua, Juan Francisco Rivas Porras of Meoqui Chihuahua, Daniel Rivas Porras and Lizbeth Paola Tarin of Meoqui Chihuahua, Mexico; his uncles, Michael Heinzen (Victoria) of Indiana and Tomas Porras Mendoza (Ana Carma Torres); his aunt Maria Teresa Porras Mendoza (Horacio Balderrama Gutierrez) of Mexico; and his close friends, Oscar, Justin, Jason and Gerardo. He is also survived by four grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
