He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clemons and Laura Mann Clemons; his wife Ruby Mae Kidd Clemons; his children, Diana Clemons and Alan Dale Clemons; his siblings, Estill Clemons, Will Clemons, Alma Myers, Emily Blair, Beulah Hudson, Virginia Gill and Irene Drury; and his great grandchild Elijah Russell.
He is survived by: his children, James Clemons (Wilma) of Bloomington, IN, Ivan Clemons (Carol), Darrell Clemons (Kathy) and Tracye Russell (Jim) of Douglas, AZ; his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Lana), Tammy (Timi), Heather (Tony), Kelly (Maurice), Karla (Curtis), Jacob (Amanda) and Aaron (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Jarrod, Gabe, Kadence, Jude, Selah, Asher, Isaac and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Legion Post 22 or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
