She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin R. Rice and Opal Temple Rice; her husband Perkins; and her daughter Helene "Lyn" Perkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Waggener (Donald) of Lexington, KY and Sharon Nesmith (Robert) of Prospect, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchildren.
