We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2023, at the age of 84, Helen Spencer of Mount Sterling, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lyman King; her husband Arthur Spencer, Jr.; her son David Wayne Spencer; and her sister Irene Fouch. She is survived by: her children, Arthur Spencer III of Mt. Sterling, KY, Debbie Martin (Leonard) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Michelle Hash (Eric) of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
