She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Goldie and Zola Luster Goldie; her husband James L. Raper; and her siblings, Norman Goldie, Jr. and Jacqueline Curtis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cristal Neal (Rea) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Angela Roberts (Jamie) of Morehead, KY and Jaime Willoughby (Stephen) of Jeffersonville, KY; and her siblings, Jerry Goldie (Lisa) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Serena Hayden of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
