He was predeceased by: his sons, Ricky and Keith Smith; his grandson David Smith; his parents, Hazel Smith and Clinton Smith; and his siblings, Marsha Kitchen and Larry Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Bertie Smith; his children, Leisha Smith and Tim Smith (Beth Smith); his daughter-in-law Barret Smith; his grandchildren, Jennifer Vice, Megan Smith, Zach Smith (Katie Lane), Garret Smith and Treavor Smith; and his great grandchild Satya Thompson.
