He is survived by: his parent Hazel Mason Kelley; his children, Millicent, Brown-Kelley of Lexington, Gregory L. Kelley, Jr. (Carol Blackford Kelley) and Letessia Carroll of Olive Hill; and his brothers, Robert Kelley, Donald Kelley and Roy Kelley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
