He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Thompson and Nellie Hartgrove Thompson. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Henderson (Donnie) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Cheryl Amburgey (Dennis) of Means, KY; and his nephews, Larry Henderson (Tammy), Garry Henderson, Daniel Amburgey (Candace) and Marc Amburgey.
