He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Fransen Shults of Mt; his child Lisa; his stepson Gerald Shults Jr. (Mitzi); his brothers, Lewis Shults and Orville Shults; his grandchildren, Adam, Krystle, Jason, Alex and Darrell; his great grandchildren, Conner, Lucas, Blake, Ethan, Kainen, Noah, Apollo, Elizabeth, Emmalynn and Jackson; and also, Sterling, Sandra Norling and Vicki Barthel (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
