He was predeceased by: his parent George W. Sr; his daughter Melody Foley Guffey; and his siblings, Mary Crockett, Elgin Foley, Anna Laura Hatton, Paul Foley, Robert Foley and Thelma Ratliff.
He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Dillon Foley, Sr.; his daughter Lisa Newman (Del) of Lexington, KY; his son-in-law David Guffey of Lexington, KY; his sister Aleene Hutchison of Mt. Sterling, KY; his grandchildren, Brianna Newman May, Kyle Guffey and Erin Guffey; and his great grandchildren, Zephaniah, Shoshanna and Kai.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Arlington Christian Church, 1206 N. Limestone St., Lexington, Kentucky 40505.
