He was predeceased by: his parents, Brack Willoughby and Cora Stigall Willoughby; and his siblings, Stanley Clay Willoughby, Nancy Brown and Carolyn Yarber.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Willoughby (Tina) of Mt. Sterling and Rayme Henchon (Terrance) of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Chester E. Willoughby (Faye) of Owingsville, KY, Eddie Willoughby (Camelia) of Tennessee, Donald Ray Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, James Willoughby (Missy) of Mt. Sterling and Nell Scott of Mt. Sterling; his close friend Ron Rowland of Mt. Sterling; and his grandchildren, C. J. Willoughby, Shea Willoughby, Katie Willoughby and Carter Henchon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
