Frances Shepherd Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2023, at the age of 83, Frances Shepherd of Mount Sterling, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Willie Mae Phillips; her husband Ralph Shepherd, Sr.; her son Ralph Shepherd, Jr.; and her sisters, Betty Hamilton and Clara "Tootsie" Carter.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Coffey (Ron) of Mt. Sterling; her grandsons, Sean Coffey of Mt. Sterling and Eric Coffey (Lyn) of Colorado; and her friends, Beans, Campbell, Clara Belle, Corey, Loki and Sinatra. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and family friends.
