He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Patterson and Shirley Osterhaut Patterson. He is survived by: his significant other Martha Patterson; his children, Billy Patterson (Taylor), Sarah Patterson, Elizabeth Patterson and Sandra Savage (Tim); his grandchildren, Adelynn Martin of Mt Sterling, Josephine Savage of Mt Sterling, Koda Patterson of Mt Sterling, Kyndall Patterson of Mt Sterling and Preslie Spears of Mt Sterling; and his sisters, Linda VanMeter of Lexington, KY and Helen Patterson of Mt Sterling Kentucky.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Refinery Church (846 Grassy Lick Rd, Mt Sterling, KY 40353).
