He was predeceased by: his wife Irene A. Lawson; and his sister Mary Amburgey. He is survived by: his children, Gary Lawson (Patty) of Mt and Gloria Murphy (Paul) of Mt; his grandchildren, Brent Hughes, Alan Hughes (Jennifer), Bryan Lawson (April) and Blake Lawson (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Evan Hughes, Mason Lawson, Shelby Lawson, Makenzie Barnett and Jackson Barnett.
