With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Ragland (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on December 17, 2019 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Trimble and Lucy May Gardiner Youmans; and her siblings, Charles V. Youmans, William B. Youmans, Elizabeth Sebree, Lucille Monroe and Ruth Marie Youmans.
She is survived by: her children, Wes K. Ragland of Mt. Sterling, KY, Douglas Ragland (Emily) of Georgetown, KY, Wayne Ragland (Gale) of Plano, TX and Jean Points (David) of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
