He was predeceased by: his mother Stella Mae Mobley; his wife Beatrice Meadows Mobley; his sons, Jackie Mobley and Ray Mobley; and his son-in-law Dale Fawns.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Snowden (William), Tammy Fawns, Linda Arnett and Kenny Mobley (Charlotte) of Mt. Sterling, KY.. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
