She was predeceased by: her siblings, James M. Caudill (Bozo), Scottie D. Caudill and Peggy Joyce Caudill; her grandparents, Emma Gullett Williams and John D. Gullett; and her cousin Patricia Gasparac Risner (Steve).
She is survived by: her husband Forrest Wayne Davis of Mt. Sterling; her sons, Forrest Wayne Davis Jr. (Dana) and James A. Davis; her grandchildren, Kady Leigh Davis and Lucas Aaron Davis; her brothers, Billy Mac Caudill (Debbie) and Bobby Caudill; her cousin Connie Gasparac Harlow; and her half-sister Kathy Lykins (Mike). She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
