She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Frederick and Dora Snapp Frederick; her husband Shirley "Slim" Vernon Dale; and her siblings, Hisle Frederick, Raymond Frederick, Carl Frederick, Earl Frederick, Anna May Townsend and Imogene Maybrier.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Dale (Phyllis) of Mt. Sterling, Tony Dale and Judy Haupt (Scott) of Paris; her grandchildren, Benjamin Dale (Joyce) of Mt. Sterling, Shellie Dale and Dr. David Dickerson (Kaylen) of Winchester; her great grandchildren, Madison Taulbee (Scott) of Mt. Sterling, Leigha Baxter of West Virginia and Elizabeth Dale of Mt. Sterling; and her great great grandchildren, Adalynn Taulbee of Mt. Sterling and Ansleigh Whitt of West Virginia.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Hospice East, located at 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, Kentucky 40391.
