She was predeceased by: her grandfather Paul Collins. She is survived by: her parents, Denise Maloney Collins of Mt. Sterling and Jamie Collins of Lexington; her sisters, Katie Gilvin of Mt. Sterling and Madison Collins of Mt. Sterling; her nephew Jaxon Brown of Mt. Sterling; her grandparents, Barbara Collins, Jerry and Brenda Maloney; her uncles, Jeff Collins (Tami) of Jeffersonville and Chris Maloney (Janene) of Mt. Sterling; her aunt Stephanie Collins of Mt. Sterling; her close friends, Whitney Conkright, Nicole Brooks, Blayne Caudill, Makayla Joseph, Kaylee Cundiff, Saylor McCarty, Cameron Scruggs, Myers Caudill and Ethan McCoy; and her pets, Minnie and Daisy. She is also survived by numerous cousins, great aunts.
