He was predeceased by: his father Charles Emeral; his children, Charles Dean Hall and Stacy Leann Hall; his grandparents, Grant, Callie Hall, Raymond and Ora Blevins; his parents-in-law, JB Mullins and Katherine Mullins; and his brother-in-law R. C. Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Mullins Hall; his son D. J. Hall; his mother Jean Hall; his sister Kenetta Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Martin, Brenda Williams and Kenny Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
