We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2020, at the age of 73, Elsie Stidham of Mount Sterling, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Miller and Norma Williams Miller; and her siblings, Leah Rice and Shawn Miller. She is survived by: her husband Edwin Stidham of Mt. Sterling; her daughters, Angie Tyra (Tiger), Norma Rudd and Tina Willoughby (Chad); her siblings, Roger, Billie, Dana Miller, Goldie Stidham, Earlene Sams and Beverly Watson; and her close friend Pat Woods. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
