He is survived by: his children, Josh Hall of Winchester, Kara (Lugardo) and McKenzie Adkins (Joey) of Thelma, Kentucky; his parents, Glenda Baker Richardson of Mt. Sterling and Roger Colvin (Loretta) of Lexington; and his sisters, Wendy Hawks (Mark) of Owingsville and Crystal Galasso (Michael) of Park Hills, Kentucky.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
