We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2022, at the age of 58, Dorothy Ann Hill (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), born in Paintsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Blackburn and Recie Hall Blackburn; and her brother Wayne Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Michal Mahan (Lona), James Mahan, Ricky Mahan (Becca) and Racheal Asberry (Michael); and her siblings, Doug Blackburn (Cathy), Steve Blackburn (Janice), Dean Blackburn (Freda), Anthony Blackburn (Ashley), Lena Skaggs and Linda Howard. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
