He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. "Bill" Goodan and Opal Jeanette Reynolds Goodan; his sisters, Linda Goodan, Sylvia Goodan, Naomi Hyatt, Nina Porter and Mary Crum; and his great grandchild Gavyn James Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela JoAnn Brown Goodan; his son Donnie R. Goodan of Mt. Sterling; his stepchildren, Andrew Littleton of Scotts Bluff, Nebraska and Candy Benson (George) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Jessie Goodan (Lora), Hannah Goodan and Haley Goodan; his stepgrandchildren, Jeramy Williams (Hilary), Lawrence Williams (Cheyenne) and Dominic Littleton; his siblings, Herbert "Bub" Goodan of Elliottville, Billy Ray Goodan (Mary Kay) of Elliottville, Glenn Goodan (Donna) of Olive Hill, Dale Goodan of Lexington and Loretta Stevens of Muncie, Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Neolia Allen of Chesapeake and Della Suter (Robert) of Kettering, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.

COVID-19 regulations as set forth by the state will be observed.
