She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Jane Wightman Willoughby; her daughter Teresa Rose (Robert); her grandchildren, Caitlyn Rose, Luke Rose and Amber Rose; her siblings, Gary Willoughby, Rodney "Peanut" Willoughby (Karen), Danny "Punk" Willoughby (Helen), Janet Withrow (Tom) and Wilma Willoughby; her aunts, Charlene Thompson and Lily Richback (Kenny); her uncle Dallas Willoughby (Pat); and her brother Rogers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
