She is survived by: her husband Paul N. Smith Sr.; her sons, Paul Smith Jr. (Danielle) and Andrew Smith (Angie); her grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Emma Smith, Lauren Smith and Paul Smith III; and her brother Bill Kleier.
