She was predeceased by: her father Sid Ensor. She is survived by: her children, Chad Johnson (Mary Ann Wainwright) of Mt. Sterling and Stacey Johnson Spencer (Joe) of Swansboro; her grandchildren, Michael Johnson of Berea, Joseph Spencer, II of Swansboro and Sydney Spencer of Swansboro; her mother Juanita Henry Ensor of Mt. Sterling; her brother Terry Ensor of Mt. Sterling; and her close friends, Betty Orme, Sharon Tapp Tuminksi and Carol Ann Hall Long.
