She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Elkins and Nina Eden Elkins; and her siblings, Linda Kaye Elkins May, Danny Elkins and Brook Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Howard of Morehead and Mary Howard Marcum (Paul) of Elizabeth, Indiana; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Cantrell, Chase Cantrell, Savannah Cantrell, Elizabeth Marcum-Schramke (Brennann) and Michael Marcum; her great grandchild Eleanorae Schramke; her close friend BJ Jordan of Mt. Sterling; and her siblings, Claude Elkins of Indianapolis, Indiana and Glenna Lunsford of Morehead. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
