He was predeceased by: his father David Wagoner; and his sister Roberta Wagoner Ballard. He is survived by: his children, David Charles (Jessica) of Danville, Darrin Wagoner (Jessica) of Mt. Sterling and Brittany Wagoner of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Dean Wagoner, Raylond Charles and Luke Wagoner; and his close friend Tommy Durham of Frenchburg. He is also survived by his family and friends.
