He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moore and Anna Crouch; and his wife Lisa Gay Otis Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Krystin Lee Poore (Anthony) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jocelyn Moore of Mt. Sterling, KY; and his siblings, Charles D. Moore of Owingsville, KY, Trish Joseph (Jeff Rudd) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Janet Mills (Gary) of Jeffersonville, KY and Donna Moore of Lebanon, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great grandchildren.
