He is survived by: his wife Cathy Whitt of Mt; his brother James Whitt; his sisters-in-law, Gayle Niemeyer of Lexington, KY and Linda T. Reed of Richmond, KY; and his friends, Bob Dylan and Beau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
