He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Smallwood and Mary Hale Smallwood; his wife Margaret Congleton Smallwood; and also, Emert Smallwood, Eleanor Smallwood, Buck Smallwood, Robert Smallwood, Harley Smallwood, Richard Smallwood, Molly Peck, Hazel Hale and Nora Yocum.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Smallwood Imel (Tony Banfield); his granddaughters, Summer Imel and Sierra Imel; his sister Edna Yocum; and his son Matthew Munday (Salena).
