He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Armitage and Geraldine Greene Armitage. He is survived by: his wife Donna Copher Armitage; his son Eric Armitage of Mount Sterling, KY; his grandchildren, Bennett Levi Armitage, Presley Grace Armitage and Colton Gene Ross; and his sister Debbie Shrout (Danny) of North Middletown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
