He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dale, Mary Fawns, Effie and Holmes Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Michelle Mobley Fawns of Mt. Sterling; his parents, Phillip Manley Fawns (Deana) and Betty Jane Crockett Banks; his children, Kayla Michelle Fawns (Daniel Hon), Brandon Kiser Frazier (Kati) and Michael Allen Fawns; his grandchildren, Haylee "Monkey" and Brooklyn Rae "Pickle"; and his siblings, Kelly Fawns, Tennille Hicks and Jeff Davis.
