She is survived by: her children, Raymond Cook (Donna) of Georgetown, KY, Ronald Cook (Nancy) of Sharpsburg, KY, Rickie Cook (Brenda) of Benton, LA, Shirley Anderson (Stanley) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Marilyn Townsend (Danny) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her brother Charley Wilson, Jr. (Catherine) of Mt. Sterling, KY.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
