He was predeceased by: his parent Ora Jr. Scott. He is survived by: his mother Nell Willoughby Scott of Mt. Sterling; and his children, Waylon Scott of Jeffersonville, KY and Serenity Arnold of Jeffersonville, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
