She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Lee Rothwell; and her sister Lisa Helton. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Tabor (Brian) of Jeffersonville and Andrew Alan Setters of Mt. Sterling; her siblings, Shelly Terry (Michael) of Mt. Sterling and Roger Daren Helton (Patricia) of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Webb (Ryan), Emilee Tabor, Natalee Tabor, Baylee Setters, Lezlie Henderson (Bradley) and Mason Tabor; her great grandchild Rhett Webb; and her close friend Mike Copley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Christian Assembly of God (1834 Owingsville Rd, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
