He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore Chandler of Mt. Sterling, KY; his daughter Courtney Strange (William) of Jeffersonville, KY; his siblings, Darvin Chandler of Mt. Sterling, KY, Delores Allen (Woody) of Jeffersonville, KY and Joyce Craycraft of Mt. Sterling; and his grandchildren, Madison Strange and Mason Strange.
