She was predeceased by: her parents, Foy Ingram and Bertie Donaldson; her husband Earl Ray Collins "Skeeter"; and her brothers, Ed Ingram, Forest Ingram, Foy Ingram, Jr., Rev. Danny Murphy and Jerry Carmichael.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Earl Collins (Kim) of Richmond, KY and Michael Ray Collins (Patti) of Hilton Head, SC; her sisters, Janice Clemons of Mt. Sterling, KY and Irene Nixon of Mt. Sterling, KY; her grandchildren, Whitney Morgerson, Brandon Collins, Bryce Collins and Maddi Collins; and her great grandchildren, Anna Morgerson, Eli Morgerson, Zach Collins and Carter Collins.
