He is survived by: his wife Charlene Vice of Mt. Sterling, KY; his sons, Charles Corey Vice of Mt. Sterling, KY and Shayne Barnes of Mt. Sterling, KY; his siblings, Jimmy Vice of Nicholasville, KY and Helen Shigley of Wilmington, OH; his grandchildren, Charles Aaron Cody Vice (Josie), Emily Romans (Rodney), Kayla Vice and Mallorie Barnes; and his great grandchildren, Addyson Vice, Charlea Vice, Bryston Vice, Elaina Romans, Lucie Romans and Madelyn Romans.
