Charles Shoemaker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Shoemaker (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on December 28, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Newton and Mary Belle Hudson Shoemaker Sr.; his former wife Virginia Moore Shoemaker; his siblings, Elmer Newton Shoemaker Jr., Mary Margaret Powell, Mildred Mae Orme, Laura Lee Yalton and Anna Kathryn Faulkner; and his niece Bette Reed.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Herbert Orme; his wife Lydia Louise Shoemaker; his stepsons, Glenn Patrick Hamilton and Winston Scott Hamilton (Tonya); and his grandchildren, Dakota Patrick Hamilton, Kassandra Dawn Hamilton and Dillon Lewis Hamilton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
