Middendorf; his grandchildren, Jason Rhodes, Carrie Merritt (Jeremy), Joey Rhodes (Kristina), Beth Huff (Matt), Mason Middendorf (Morgan), Todd Crosby, Sarah Ayers (Doug) and Cameron Evans; his great grandchildren, Lane, Emelia, Charleigh, Connor, Lincoln, Jocelyn, Caleb, Finn, Jett, Cooper, Cadence, Emerson, Holden and Levi; his brother-in-law James Peffer; and his close friends, Dan Rhodes and Jewell Middendorf. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and aunts.
