He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Lands and Norma Cronan Lands. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lands and Melinda Lands (Robert Berry); his grandchildren, Cody Stephens (Rayna) and Coltin Stephens (Megan); and his niece Celeste Burnett (Lee Jones). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
