He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cline and Wanda Cline; his sons, Marc Hess and Charlie Bill Cline; and his sisters, Shirley Price and Wilma Goudy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cline; his daughter Carla Johnson (Michael); his nieces, Wanda Dimitriou and Cindy Randall; and his close friend Rob Elliott. He is also survived by his family, friends.
