He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hay Bailey; his sons, Clifton J. Bailey of Frankfort, KY, Brian T. Bailey (Judy) of Mt and Neal Bailey (Alisa) of Morehead, KY; and his siblings, Richard Bailey (Eilene) of Irvine, KY, Betty Collins (James) of London, KY and Patricia Johnson of Morris, IL. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
