She is survived by: her parent Cora Stigall Willoughby, Jr.; her children, Jeff Yarber (Robin) of Mt and Vicki Grooms (late Keith) of Mt; her granddaughters, Casey Wessling (Jon) and Haley Grooms; her great grandchild Jonathan Wessling II of Mt; and her siblings, Chester Willoughby (Faye) of Owingsville, KY, Eddie Willoughby (Camelia) of Tennessee, Donald Willoughby of Mt, Gaylord Willoughby of Mt, James Willoughby (Missy) of Mt and Nell Scott (late Ore) of Mt. She is also survived by nine nieces, eight nephews.
