It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Lewis (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Lewis of Mt. Sterling; her daughter Angela Shields; and her brother Donnie Price.
